Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of services provided by 30Days Business Launch.

By purchasing a service from us or accepting a proposal, order form or service agreement that incorporates these Terms, you agree to them.

1. About Us

30Days Business Launch is operated by:

Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 83113975

VAT number: NL003778795B88

Address: Torricellistraat 2, 8415 BN Oudeschoot, Netherlands

In these Terms, "30Days Business Launch", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the service provider.

"You", "your" and "Client" refer to the person or business purchasing the services.

2. Our Services

30Days Business Launch provides customised online business setup and related coaching services.

Depending on the package or proposal purchased, services may include:

  • Business clarity and offer development

  • Brand development

  • Logo and visual identity

  • Website design and setup

  • Landing pages

  • Funnels

  • Email setup and automation

  • Payment system setup

  • Booking or calendar setup

  • Lead magnet setup

  • Business launch planning

  • CEO or founder coaching

  • Other services specifically stated in your proposal or package

Your exact deliverables are determined by the package, proposal, order form or written agreement you purchase.

Anything not specifically included in the agreed scope is considered additional work and may require a separate fee.

3. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement between you and 30Days Business Launch is formed when you accept our offer, proposal or order and, where applicable, complete the required payment or initial instalment.

The agreement consists of:

1 - Your proposal, order form or package description;

2 - These Terms & Conditions;

3 - Our Refund Policy; and

4 - Any additional written terms specifically agreed between us.

If there is a conflict between these documents, individually agreed written terms or the proposal will take priority over these general Terms.

4. Your Launch Start Date

Our 30-day launch period does not automatically begin on the date you make your payment.

Your project begins once we have received everything reasonably required to start your project.

This may include:

  • The agreed payment or first instalment

  • Acceptance of the service agreement

  • Completed onboarding information

  • Necessary account access

  • Business information

  • Content or source materials that you are responsible for providing

  • Required decisions and approvals

  • Any other information identified during onboarding as necessary to begin

We will confirm when your project is ready to begin.

This date is your Launch Start Date

The 30-day period is calculated from your Launch Start Date.

5. Your Responsibilities

A 30-day business launch requires timely cooperation from both sides.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Provide requested materials and access promptly

  • Review work when requested

  • Give clear feedback

  • Make necessary decisions within the requested timeframe

  • Attend agreed meetings where reasonably required

  • Pay invoices on time

  • Obtain any licences, permissions or rights required for material you provide to us

If we are waiting for information, access, approvals, feedback, payments or decisions from you, the project timeline may be paused or extended by the period of delay.

A delay caused by the Client does not count as a delay by 30Days Business Launch for the purposes of the 30-Day Promise.

6. The 30-Day Promise

Our goal is simple: once we have everything required from you, we launch your agreed business setup within 30 calendar days.

If we fail to make your business live within 30 calendar days from your Launch Start Date because of a delay that is attributable to 30Days Business Launch:

1 - We will refund the service fees you paid to 30Days Business Launch for the applicable launch package; and

2 - We will still complete the agreed launch services without charging an additional service fee.

This is our 30-Day Promise

The Promise applies when:

  • You have fulfilled your payment obligations;

  • You have provided the information, materials and access required for the project;

  • You respond to requests for feedback, decisions and approvals within the agreed project timeframe;

  • The delay is within our reasonable control.

The 30-Day Promise does not apply to delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including significant third-party platform outages, account restrictions, external approval processes or force majeure.

Where one of these circumstances causes a delay, we will continue the project as soon as reasonably possible.

Third-party charges paid directly to another provider, such as domain registration, software subscriptions, advertising costs or external platform fees, are not part of the service fee refunded under the 30-Day Promise.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

7. What "Live" Means

For purposes of the 30-Day Promise, "live" means that the core deliverables included in your purchased package have been completed and made operational or published so that your business can begin operating online.

Features that depend on approval, verification or action from third-party platforms are considered completed by us when we have properly configured and submitted everything reasonably required from our side.

8. Changes to the Scope

Your project price is based on the agreed scope.

If you request additional pages, funnels, integrations, copy, features, automation, strategy work or other services outside the agreed scope, we may:

  • Provide a separate quote;

  • Add the work to a later project phase; or

  • Decline the additional work.

Material changes to the scope may also require an adjustment to the original delivery timeline.

We will discuss this with you before performing chargeable additional work.

9. Revisions and Feedback

The number and type of revisions included in your project are determined by your package or proposal.

Revisions are intended to refine the agreed work and do not include creating an entirely new concept or changing the original project direction after work has begun.

Additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.

10. Fees and Payment

Prices and payment schedules are stated in your proposal, invoice, checkout page or order form.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT where VAT is legally applicable.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make each instalment according to the agreed schedule.

A payment plan divides the total project fee into instalments. It is not automatically a monthly subscription.

Where permitted by law, we may pause work if an agreed payment becomes overdue.

Reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts may be charged where permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Costs

Unless your proposal specifically says otherwise, the Client is responsible for third-party costs required to operate the business.

These may include:

  • Domain registration

  • Website hosting

  • Email platforms

  • CRM subscriptions

  • Payment processing fees

  • Booking software

  • Premium plugins or applications

  • Advertising spend

  • Other external software or services

Where possible, third-party accounts should be created in the Client's name.

We are not responsible for future price changes, policy changes, suspensions, outages or other actions taken by third-party providers.

12. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you qualify as a consumer and enter into the agreement online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins when the service contract is concluded.

Your statutory rights are explained further in our Refund Policy.

If you expressly request that we begin providing services during the statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services properly performed before you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period after your prior express request and acknowledgement, your statutory right of withdrawal may end where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period

You may request to terminate your project by notifying us in writing.

Where applicable law gives you a right to terminate the assignment, that right remains unaffected.

If a project is terminated after work has begun, we may charge a reasonable amount for:

  • Work already properly performed;

  • The value of work already delivered;

  • Non-recoverable expenses reasonably incurred for your project; and

  • Other amounts that may reasonably be payable under applicable law.

Any amount retained or charged will reflect the work performed, benefits already provided, costs incurred and costs reasonably saved because the project ended early

We do not impose an automatic penalty solely because you choose to terminate the project.

Further information is contained in our Refund Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

Your existing materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, including your existing:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Trademarks

  • Business information

  • Intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials to us and permit us to use them for your project.

Custom work we create for you

Once all amounts properly due for the project have been paid, you receive the rights to the final custom deliverables created specifically for your business, to the extent those rights are owned and transferable by us.

Our existing materials

We retain ownership of our pre-existing:

  • Frameworks

  • Methods

  • Processes

  • Templates

  • Systems

  • Training materials

  • Checklists

  • Know-how

  • Internal documents

  • Intellectual property

If any of our pre-existing materials are incorporated into your final deliverables, you receive the right to use them as part of your business but do not acquire ownership of our underlying intellectual property.

Third-party materials

Fonts, stock images, software, plugins, templates and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

15. Portfolio and Testimonials

We will not publish confidential Client information.

We will not publish your testimonial as if you endorsed us unless you have given us permission to use it.

Where we wish to feature identifiable Client work, branding, screenshots, results or testimonials in our portfolio or marketing, we may request your permission.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public confidential information received from the other party with reasonable care.

We may disclose information where necessary to:

  • Deliver the agreed services;

  • Work with contractors or service providers who need the information;

  • Comply with legal obligations; or

  • Protect or enforce legal rights.

17. Coaching and Business Results

Our coaching, strategy and business-building services are designed to help you establish and operate your business.

However, business performance depends on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular level of revenue

  • Profit

  • Number of clients

  • Sales

  • Audience growth

  • Employment replacement income

  • Any specific commercial result

The 30-Day Promise relates to completing and launching the agreed business setup. It is not a guarantee of financial performance.

You remain responsible for business decisions and for how you operate your business after launch.

18. Client Content and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that claims, information, products and services supplied by you for publication comply with laws applicable to your business.

Unless specifically included in your agreement, our services do not include obtaining regulatory licences or providing legal, accounting or tax services.

We may refuse to publish content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful.

19. Limitation of Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into.

Where limitation is legally permitted, our total contractual liability in connection with a particular project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

20. Circumstances Outside Our Control

Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside their reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • Serious internet or infrastructure outages

  • Major third-party platform failures

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • War or civil disturbance

  • Widespread cyber incidents

  • Serious illness or emergency affecting essential project delivery

The affected party must communicate the situation as soon as reasonably possible

The parties will work together to resume the project or agree on a reasonable solution.

21. Termination by 30Days Business Launch

We may suspend or, where legally permitted, terminate the agreement if:

  • Required payments remain unpaid after reasonable notice;

  • You repeatedly fail to provide information necessary for us to perform the services;

  • You request unlawful or unethical work;

  • You seriously breach these Terms; or

  • Continuing the relationship becomes impossible because of abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct.

Any financial settlement following termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the work already performed.

22. Complaints

If you believe that our service does not meet what we agreed, contact us at:

[email protected]

Please explain the issue clearly and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, correct it.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you have if a service does not conform to the agreement.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and our agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you qualify as a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes directly

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its lawful intended purpose.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applying to an individual project is generally the version accepted when that agreement was entered into, unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

  • Email setup and automation

Your exact deliverables are determined by the package, proposal, order form or written agreement you purchase.

Anything not specifically included in the agreed scope is considered additional work and may require a separate fee.

3. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement between you and 30Days Business Launch is formed when you accept our offer, proposal or order and, where applicable, complete the required payment or initial instalment.

The agreement consists of:

1 - Your proposal, order form or package description;

2 - These Terms & Conditions;

  • You have fulfilled your payment obligations;

  • You have provided the information, materials and access required for the project;

  • You respond to requests for feedback, decisions and approvals within the agreed project timeframe;

  • Provide a separate quote;

  • Work already properly performed;

  • The value of work already delivered;

  • Deliver the agreed services;

  • Work with contractors or service providers who need the information;

  • Required payments remain unpaid after reasonable notice;

  • You repeatedly fail to provide information necessary for us to perform the services;

  • You request unlawful or unethical work;

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Provide requested materials and access promptly

6. The 30-Day Promise

Our goal is simple: once we have everything required from you, we launch your agreed business setup within 30 calendar days.

If we fail to make your business live within 30 calendar days from your Launch Start Date because of a delay that is attributable to 30Days Business Launch:

This is our 30-Day Promise

The Promise applies when:

  • You have fulfilled your payment obligations;

  • You have provided the information, materials and access required for the project;

  • You respond to requests for feedback, decisions and approvals within the agreed project timeframe;

  • Provide a separate quote;

  • Work already properly performed;

  • The value of work already delivered;

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, including your existing:

  • Deliver the agreed services;

  • Work with contractors or service providers who need the information;

  • Required payments remain unpaid after reasonable notice;

  • You repeatedly fail to provide information necessary for us to perform the services;

  • You request unlawful or unethical work;
