At 30Days Business Launch, our services involve substantial customised work.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your cancellation rights, how refunds are calculated and how our 30-Day Promise works.
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Our commitment is:
Once we have received everything required from you to begin, we will launch your agreed online business setup within 30 calendar days.
If we fail to make your business live within 30 calendar days from your Launch Start Date because of a delay attributable to 30Days Business Launch:
You get your service fee back, and we will still complete the agreed launch for you without charging an additional service fee.
The 30-day period begins on your Launch Start Date.
Your Launch Start Date occurs once we have received everything reasonably required to begin your project, including where applicable:
Your agreed payment or first instalment
Acceptance of the service agreement
Your completed onboarding information
Required content and business information
Required account access
Necessary materials
Required decisions and approvals
We will confirm when your project is ready to begin.
The 30-Day Promise depends on your timely cooperation.
If we are unable to continue because we are waiting for:
Information
Content
Login or account access
Feedback
Approval
A decision
An overdue payment
Another item required from you
the project timeline may be paused.
The period of Client delay is not counted against our 30-Day Promise.
The timeline may also be reasonably adjusted if you request a material change to the original project scope.
The 30-Day Promise does not apply to delays caused entirely by matters outside our reasonable control.
Examples include:
Third-party platform outages
Account suspensions or restrictions not caused by us
External verification or approval processes
Major internet or infrastructure failures
Government restrictions
Force majeure events
Where this happens, we will continue your project as soon as reasonably possible.
If the 30-Day Promise is triggered, we will refund the service fees you paid to 30Days Business Launch for the applicable launch package.
This does not include amounts paid directly to third-party providers, such as:
Domain registration
Hosting
Software subscriptions
Payment processing charges
Advertising spend
Third-party licences
External applications or services
After providing the refund, we will continue and complete the agreed launch services without an additional service fee.
If you qualify as a consumer and enter into the contract online, by telephone or through another form of distance contracting, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the service agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally starts on the date the service contract is concluded.
You may exercise this right by making a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
You may use our online withdrawal function or contact us at:
You do not have to give us a reason.
Nothing in this Policy limits a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
Because our service is designed around a fast launch, you may want us to begin working before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
Where consumer law applies, we will ask you to expressly request that we begin providing the service during this period.
If you make that request and later exercise your right of withdrawal before the service has been completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services properly performed up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal.
If the service is fully performed during the statutory withdrawal period after you have expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the consequences for your withdrawal right, your statutory withdrawal right may end where permitted by law
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund amounts due to you within the period required by applicable law.
If you expressly requested that work begin during the withdrawal period, we may deduct or charge the proportionate amount legally payable for work already performed.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
You may tell us in writing that you want to stop the project.
Where applicable law gives you the right to terminate the assignment, we will honour that right.
Termination does not automatically mean that all work already performed becomes free.
Depending on the circumstances, a reasonable amount may remain payable for:
Work already properly completed
Deliverables already supplied
Project preparation already performed
Non-recoverable costs reasonably incurred specifically for your project
Other amounts reasonably payable under applicable law
Any calculation will take into account the work performed, the benefit already received by you, the reason the agreement ended and costs that we no longer have to incur because the project stopped.
We do not charge an arbitrary cancellation penalty
If you purchased using a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the agreed project price in instalments.
If the project ends early, we will determine the amount properly payable under this Policy and applicable law.
You will not automatically be required to pay for services that were not performed merely because an instalment schedule existed.
However, any amount properly due for work already completed or costs reasonably incurred remains payable.
After any statutory withdrawal period has expired, a simple change of mind does not automatically entitle you to a full refund for customised work already performed.
If you choose to stop, the financial settlement will be based on the work performed and your applicable cancellation rights as described above.
If you believe we have not delivered the service agreed with you, contact us promptly at:
Please explain the issue and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct it where appropriate.
Your statutory rights relating to services that do not conform to the agreement remain unaffected.
Your name
The email address used for your purchase
The service or package purchased

A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from or terminate the agreement
Where available, you may also use the withdrawal/cancellation function provided on our website.
When a refund is due, we will confirm the refund and process it using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount becomes visible in your account.
This Policy is intended to work alongside applicable Dutch and EU consumer law.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or replaces any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
